I am down 20 lbs.
I am learning to be a women of Moderation and let the Lord feed me instead of relying on human feelings and feeding those feelings with physical food instead of turning to the Lord for his food. I am learning to rely on the power that he has given me as his child, Praise the Lord for his blessings and his strength. Amen!
