I have been busier at work and have not had a chance to blog. I praise the Lord every day for his strength to make it through, right now I am taking care of my mother-in-law, working full time, taking care of six horses, two dogs well three if you count my husband's, of course my husband and grandchildren when I get a chance. Jesus is so good to me he helps me through each day one at a time, sometimes it is minute by minute. He always has me in the palm of his hand and knows exactly what I need to hear and when I need to hear it. I am so thankful to serve a personal Lord that wants to know me as much as I want to know him. His word is so true and thankfully provided just so we can learn more and more about how we can be women of moderation, how we can be empowered by God to live for him. I am so thankful that I serve and am loved by a God that knows me so well! As long as I allow him to by my obedience, he provides, protects and energizes my every need. Praise be to the Lord most high! Continue

I am learning to be a women of Moderation and let the Lord feed me instead of relying on human feelings and feeding those feelings with physical food instead of turning to the Lord for his food. I am learning to rely on the power that he has given me as his child, Praise the Lord for his blessings and his strength. Amen! Continue

A day of fasting is more than just not eating it is allowing God to feed your needs. I found this web site today and I needed it because I am fasting and seems like everyone around me is eating today. So I said a little prayer that I needed God's help to keep on track and he brought me to this sight. God is good all the time! Continue
