I see that your online thats very encouraging where do we start??? Ive struggled with the weight battle all of my life. Can you give me some advice.

- Hi ..May I know What kinda advice you are looking for ?..Only suggestion, I prefer to give is tat we need to change our eating habit and involve in some activities which will make us move..Even I struggled in the beginning as I dont move frequently coz of my profession in which i have to sit before the computer for nearly 10hrs per day..in the beginning i concentrated only on my work>later I began to take break for every ten min and just move around my cubicle..Which is like exercising without much strain ..Please don't take heavy dinner at night..Eat more vegetables,avoid cheese gradually and eat more fruits but avoid banana...Drink Water atleast 8 glass per day..It's good if you take warm water after having your brkfast,lunch or dinner..Just try this..Definitely you will see changes....:)

- My name is Fran I am married with 1 son hes 20 months, Ive known the Lord for a long time but struggling with the emptiness right now which Im filling food as a void. Im interested in getting a group together or finding one in the Chicago area I do see that some of you are from this neighborhood to study this book regarding our eating and changing it over to a growing relationship with God. Harvest Bible Chapel is so close to me put I do attend a church in Park Ridge, South Park Church. If anyone can let me know if they are interested or know of a group or even 1 person to be accountable to I havent even started a thing just have the book regarding Breaking the Chains of Eating.
